Implantação do modelo biopsicossocial em um centro de reabilitação física para acompanhamento da funcionalidade

Objetivo: Apresentar a implantação do modelo biopsicossocial num centro de reabilitação física do município de Santos- SP para os pacientes amputados atendidos na instituição. Métodos: Como proposta inicial de implantação da CIF (Classificação Internacional de Funcionalidade) que se baseia num modelo biopsicossocial, num centro de reabilitação física, optou-se pela população amputada atendida. Foram realizadas reuniões técnico científicas com a equipe interdisciplinar para levantamento dos principais objetivos de tratamento, seus desfechos e medidas de mensurações clínicas. E na sequência, o levantamento de categorias da CIF relacionadas aos desfechos clínicos, para sua codificação e assim a elaboração de um check list de acompanhamento. Resultados: Por meio desse levantamento, um check list foi criado composto por 27 categorias envolvendo todos os domínios da CIF (estrutura e função, atividade e participação e fatores ambientais) divididos por áreas de atuações da equipe interdisciplinar. Conclusão: A implementação de um check list baseado no modelo biopsicossocial favoreceu a padronização e atualização da linguagem universal entre a equipe assistencial. Assim como o acompanhamento mais assertivo da qualidade de atendimento levando em consideração as funcionalidades e potencialidades das pessoas atendidas.
